  Just to highlight HOW narcissistic this individual is, he thinks that him calling car owners names is what lead to the decrease in Hummer popularity, not the double of gas prices.
This is what passes for a 'sensible conversation' in the anti-gun world. No facts. No evidence.  Just hate filled, rhetoric, ignorance and demonization along w/ an unhealthy obsession w/ other people's genitalia.
The war is far from over but the PuSH'ers have already lost the fight.  This is the best they have to offer. 

Dick's Sporting Goods Ripping Off Customers

Not only have they stopped selling EBR's, they're refusing to fill orders placed before their ban.
 As one customer noted, prices have doubled so Dick's is effectively costing people hundreds of dollars to replace what the store is refusing to.

I think they need to learn the lesson Zumbo and S&W did. I certainly will never grace one of their stores or 'net sites again.

Hollywood Culture

While "B" list celebrities make videos and op eds calling for the banning of guns, take a look at the types of movies they make:



  Hollywood. Where divorce, drugs and alcoholism is the accepted norm. But that's 'different', right? Nearly every single person in that video has done a movie or TV show glorifying guns and violence.

CSGV and the Need To Lie

Their case has always been so weak that they need to distort and misinform in order to promote their message. Case in point, two of the latest posts on their FB page. 
 

 While a number of people caught on that it was photoshopped, there were a number that still continued to make the usual attacks even after it was noted the sign wasn't real.  One even went on to claim she had 'seen signs just like this' by her.  No photo or link provided of course. 

The next one is your classic 'heart wrenching for the children' bit:

Aw, isn't that cute?  That was probably written by one of Ladd Everitt's interns. And people are stupid enough to believe these are real and not generated by anti-gun fanatics.

Their statement on the publishing of firearm license holders in NY:

 Folks, for the record, we DO NOT support the publishing of these names. New York has a terrific licensing system for handgun owners that involves THOROUGH screening - NOT just an instant computer background check. This law is one reason why the state has one of the lowest gun death rates of the 50 states. Publishing these names of licensed gun owners (and remember, these are NOT people licensed to carry guns in public, just to keep them in their homes) was an unnecessary step that serves no clear public safety goal.

Yet they regularly publish the names of firearm owners in order to intimidate them into silence and have opposed any effort to have firearm license databases sealed from public view.

This is what they do and what they will continue to do to ban and confiscate your guns.  Yes, Virginia, that is their goal.  There have always been more of us than them and we need to make our legislators realize that before and during the next sessions to make sure none of this nonsense passes.

Code Pink vs The Nation's Gun Show

This December 28-30, after a series of tragic shootings that have occurred throughout the country, the Dulles Expo Center in Virginia will be hosting The Nation's Gun Show. This gun show will provide easy access to guns in an already increasing market. Join us to protest the opening of The Nation's Gun Show and call for reasonable restrictions on guns, including a ban on assault weapons, and for adequate background checks on all gun sales.

Intimidation, harassment, insults, and stereotypes leading to violence.  This is the only way they can get their pet legislation moving. Walking over the bodies of dead children and silencing what they perceive is the opposition.

More Gun Control Hypocrisy

Obama and David Gregory aren't the only ones who think their kids are more important than yours.  Rahm Emanual said during his dance number:

It’s outrageous and unsettling that the NRA would choose to address gun violence not by taking assault weapons off our streets, but by adding more guns to our schools… That is not the right answer for our society, our schools and most importantly our children.

 Yet:

 University of Chicago Police public information personnel informed Breitbart News that there is at least one armed officer on duty a the school everyday and has been for “several years.”

So again, this has nothing to do w/ the safety of children or society, this has to do w/ control and fear.  Just like Mayor Daley before him, Rahm is protected 24/7 by tax payer funded police.  The rest of us peasants should just rely on the scraps they deign to toss us.

Gun Show News

Just got off the phone w/ the organizer of the gun show I'm going to this weekend (Tuscola Community Center, Tuscola, IL).  He told me that some of the firearm vendors have contacted him reducing the numbers of tables they need.

Why?

Because they've sold so much over the last week + that they don't have enough to fill all the tables and haven't been able to restock.

Another guy I got a message from, one who lives down south, said that not a single dealer has anything AR-ish in their shops and that the pickings online are slim (haven't confirmed this).

Like Uncle said, all we can hope for is that every person who has panic-bought has contacted their Congress-critters reminding them what the word 'Vote' means. Should anything get passed, we need to re-enact the '94 election. 

The Hatefest Continues

The witchhunt against firearm owners is still in full swing w/ politicians calling for confiscations, bans and restrictions while the MSM breaks the law and puts firearm owners in danger.

 (CNN) -- An interactive map showing the names and addresses of all handgun permit-holders in New York's Westchester and Rockland counties has drawn a response from mostly disgruntled readers since it was posted Saturday on a newspaper's website.

Again we see the only purpose of registration is not for 'safety', but instead to identify legal firearm owners.  The newspaper don't have an interactive map of violent felons or child molesters on their site but 'readers have a right' to know who owns what personal property because it's the cause de-jour.

While the strictest city in the nation continues to show the effectiveness of 'gun control'.
