"Abject Failure"

That's the description of O's first year by the Brady Campaign who endorsed him wholeheartedly while he was making campaign promises.

Not that they have enough influence left for him to care what they think, I'm betting he's going to have to get used to that phrase when people describe his presidency.

I want him to fail, but so far he's failing with the Left for not being radical enough. Until he's run out of town by a nation that's gotten its good senses back, I'm not happy.

What I like about this is that we know Obama wants the same kinds of draconian forcible citizen disarmament laws the Brady Campaign is whining for, but he clearly doesn't see that as a fight he wants any part of.

For all his faults, it's hard to deny that Obama is a reasonably shrewd political operator. If he--and his rabidly anti-gun advisors--see that fight as looming disaster for them, my guess is that they're probably right. And that's with huge Democrat majorities in both houses of Congress--probably a Democrat high-water mark.

That's what I like to see.

Cool.

Between this and keeping an eye on the Mass senate race, I should be able to justify touching my naughty place most of the day.

He's now the CEO and can no longer just vote "Present" anymore. Let see how he behaves in his last year in office. Especially if he realizes he's going to only be a 1 term president.
