Hmm. Perhaps if he had spent less time on the campaign trail and actually doing the job he was elected to and is being paid for* , he might have been able to do just that already.

Overturn those laws and executive decisions that he feels are unconstitutional? I thought our current "Decider" had an exaggerated idea of executive power, but I guess his aspiring replacement takes a view similar to our Fearless Leader's.
