Not directly but they will through the lawsuits that will follow should they try and pass new anti-gun laws in their Housing Authority.

How much money have you allocated for litigation expenses this year?”

These people are either trying to snub their noses at the law or are to stupid to know what they're doing is illegal.  Either way, SOP for anti-gun advocates.
