Criminalize lawyers..

Since Prof. George Nation feels that firearm manufacturers should be held accountable because they should expect their products to be used by criminals, the following is proposed:

Any non-public defender who gets his client off is to be held legally accountable for any criminal actions the client later commits.

Any judge who releases a defendant on bail or finds a defendant Not Guilty will be held
legally accountable for any criminal actions the defendant later commits.

Any board member who releases a convicted criminal out on parole will be held legally accountable
for any criminal actions the convict later commits while on parole.

It just makes sense. They should expect that someone suspected of or haveing earlier committed a crime "may" actually commit one later. Right?

Think the Bar Association would support this?

Makes sense to me. To bad law professors don't have to be very bright.
