Easy availability of guns or easy availability of targets?

Gunfire erupts at Cleveland (gun free) high school

CLEVELAND - The mayor of Cleveland says three children were taken to a hospital after a gunman opened fire Wednesday at an alternative city school.

"We have no reason to believe there's more than one suspect," Mayor Frank Jackson told reporters gathered outside the SuccessTech Academy. He also said the school had been secured, but he offered no other details.

And an teacher w/ CCW would have made this more dangerous how exactly?

Update from MSNBC:

The school's security guard was on vacation, WKYC reported, and two other full-time security guards had been laid off in recent years...

Student Doneisha LeVert, who hid in a closet with two other students after she heard the principal say "Code Blue" over the public address system, said the alleged shooter had threatened students at the school last Friday.

"He's crazy. He threatened to blow up our school. He threatened to stab everybody," she said.

Nope, no cause for alarm there.

Now who's going to accept the accountability for not protecting the students?
