Why does the county w/ 1/4 of the states population account for nearly 2/3rds the homicide? Maybe this has something to do w/ it:

a 19-year-old parolee was arrested for killing a Chicago police technician and a housing authority officer...
...Timothy Herring Jr. He was out on parole after serving half of a six-year prison sentence for armed robbery.

So when gun controllers call for MORE laws to keep us 'safe', take a look at the type of person committing the crimes and how many laws they've already broken.

Because one more will stop them.
