PARIS – A French appeals court says Voodoo dolls of President Nicolas Sarkozy may remain on sale, but must carry a notice saying that pricking them harms the president's dignity.

I think the IRS should adopt this warning system.
Something on the 1040 forms along the lines of:
Caution, the screwing just administer by the government may harm taxpayers' dignity, wallet and certain portions of anatomy.
