Obama and the Second Amendment

He says he thinks it 'creates' and individual right.

He hasn't always thought so as a member of the Joyce Foundation board.

Obama said the following in Virginia.

Direct quote...

"I won't take away your shotguns. I won't take away your rifles. I won't take away your handguns."

Let's see if he learns anything from the past.
