The 'Perfect' Social Housing Project

"squalid conditions, without running water or electricity." and over 2000 people in a building designed for a few hundred.

This filmmaker probably considers Cabrini Green to be a 'success' as well.

I wonder if she'll open up her home for a similar experience?

I remember when Jane Byrne moved in there, making a big deal about how it wasn't as bad as the media made it out to be.
She lasted three months, and had Police and "Personal Bodyguards" swarming all over the place.

The article I read said 3 weeks. And had the end result of creating a fortress for gangs after she left.

OOOPS!
Don't know where I got three months.
Yeah, they welded up the rear entrance to "her" place, and gave the gang bangers the idea to do it to the ones they used as strong houses.

With a building that packed and in such poor condition, I hope there isn't a fire or a collapse, they'd have no chance of escape.
