Sour Grapes
Josh Sugarmann, of the Joyce Foundation puppet VPC, is really upset at the looming loss he's facing w/ Mcdonald V Chicago tomorrow so he indulges in some good old-fashioned character assassination.

Ya knew what would be awesome?
Is if we win this case, somebody else writes the majority ruling.
My understanding is that the Justices take turns writing the majority opinions. It shouldn't be to hard to figure out who will write McDonald.
My instinct is Thomas.
Just when you think Helmke & Henigan are at the pinnacle of irrelevancy, Josh spits up all over himself on the HuffPo and shows us he's not one to be outdone.

I logged onto HuffPo to see the wailing, and I wasn't disappointed.
I had planned to comment, but you guys pretty much covered everything, and besides, I'm tired of writing stuff that gets deleted by the (im)moderators.
