Beat that Dead Horse Dennis

Dennis "What People?" Henigan puts together a mostly incoherent rant once again attacking Starbucks for following local and state laws.

Give it up Dennis. You've lost the Concealed Carry fight. Open Carry is becoming more common. And Starbucks hasn't bothered with you. They just want you to go away not because you're a threat to them, just a nuisance.

What a circular argument. He's arguing that Starbucks shouldn't be worried about sending their personel to tell customers who Open Carry to leave because they are "law abiding citizens".

Except, they want Starbucks to ban guns because they are worried that these same "law abiding citizens" might start shooting people.

Oddly enough, he tries to make the point that because both he and Starbucks are worried that people might start shooting it makes them non-law abiding. Now how the hell does that work?

All in all, in this case, Starbucks is doing exactly what it should. It is following the LAW.

On a side note, He also says that Peet's coffee just calls the police if they have someone (legally) Open Carrying in their establishment. In my neck of the woods, if a business calls the police too many times it eventually gets shut down using nusence laws. Usually this only happens to crummy bars where the cops get called because of bar fights, it would be funny if it ends up happening to a nice coffee house (assuming that Peet's is a nice coffee house). What a waste of police time.
