Alphecca reports that suit against Hizzoner Bloomie has got the go ahead from a SC judge. This goes in hand w/ the courts in Georgia allowing the suits to continue.
Will anything happen w/ it? Probably not but it's a good spit in the face to those who believe they are above the law.
