So he doesn't even have a clue about the difference between 'Fast & Furious' and 'Wide Receiver' thrown in w/ a hefty dose of BDS and you have the leadership of gun control advocacy. Does he honestly think that the agency that determines licensing can't 'strongly encourage' dealers to do what they want, which was to sell thousands of guns to narco-trafficers?

You Can't Keep A Good Troll Down

Since CSGV's 'financial gimmicks' (ie merchandising, donations, and other public support) aren't working, they're dependent primarily on Joyce Foundation grants. Think of it this way, I would wager that Sean at NCGunblog sold more ATF shirts than CSGV has total merchandise w/ all their discounts and sales. I've sold hundreds of patches alone. W/ the NRA and 4 million + members, people like to buy things w/ logos on them but membership is a concept that gun control advocates have trouble understanding. They rarely have any.

So how long will it be before 'BayBeauty###' goes into full troll mode and starts 'outing' people again?

Rep Jim McDermott (D) Wash says that standard capacity magazines are only for 'War or Terrorism' (1:50)and should be banned.

Maybe he can explain then why the police are exempt from every bill legislating that?

The Gun Industry Is Dying

That is the refrain that Ladd Everitt and Josh Horwitz are using in the face of overwhelming sales of not only firearms, but packed CCW classes and record profits by nearly every section of the firearm industry, from holsters to ammo. These are the kinds of justifications they use to deny reality:

Transactions are sometimes stopped at the point of sale because of declined payments (i.e., bad checks, canceled/refused credit cards, etc.).

Some states prescribe a waiting period for firearm sales. Sometimes, individuals never return to pick up a gun(s) after that period is concluded.

Seriously? That's the best they have?

Yeah it is. They are the equivalent to flat earthers and truthers. A modern version of late war Die Deutsche Wochenschau.

This is just another desperate attempt by political lobbyists w/ little to no public support to seem as if they are relevant in politics. As we've shown, they're not.

What they are is a small group of paid, anti-gun (not anti-violence or 'gun control') fanatics working out of a DC office w/ no concept of just how many thousands of people there are working against them. People NOT paid to be advocates by the 'gun lobby'.

Denial this deep is a mental condition. They need help.

And tomorrow, they won't. Except for the paid advocates, the 'stars' will go back to acting badly and the regular folk will mark it down in their diaries as 'doing something'. And that will be all.

All of us gun nuts, however, will continue to do the same advocacy we do every single day of the year, with out pay or direction from the 'gun lobby'. Nevermind the fact that their '64 vigils' won't come anywhere near the participation of ISRA's annual IGOLD event.

And that's why we'll win.

Light A Candle For Peace #toomanyvictims

The Brady Campaign thinks lighting a candle will convince violent criminals to stop being, well, violent criminals. Weer'd thinks we should show what WE do to prevent violent crimes. IOW, protect our families instead of relying on the good will of thugs.

Which do you think will be more effective?

All the while some of their most prominent supporters are enablers of violent crime, religious and racial bigotry.

'Common-Sense' Gun Control in Canada

OTTAWA -- The federal government is cracking down on a small game rifle, saying it was inappropriately classified as a non-restricted weapon....

Owners of the Armi Jager AP80 .22-calibre rifle received a letter from the RCMP in December saying the registration certificates for the firearm would be revoked and they had a month to dispose of their weapons - with no compensation.

As of Dec. 20, the once legally owned gun would be classified as prohibited.

The Canadian courts determined it was 'functionally similar' to the banned Mitchell AK-22 which is an 'AK-47 variant'.

But they make exceptions in the law for these BY NAME:

The Valmet M78 Semi-auto (7.62x39, 7.62x51, 5.56x45)

the Valmet M88 Hunter (.223, .243, .308)

Both are 'AK-47 variants' and much more 'powerful' than a .22lr. Does that make ANY logical sense?

No, because gun control laws are stupid and arbitrary. Decisions and actions in their defense are based on ignorance and fear. So every time they do, we shine a light on it and show the world just what 'gun control' is really about. It's not 'safety' or 'crime' or 'violence', it's about control, projection and fear.

Sure, I'll support more gun laws for you, as soon as you have your congregation write the names of every family member and neighbor that belongs to a gang and has a gun hidden on a sheet of paper. Let me know when you're done and we'll hold a joint press conference to name names and start to really bring the cycle of violence to an end.

My question is what are the authorities going to do w/ these anonymous 'tips'? Is SWAT going to bust into people homes and start shooting family pets based solely on the call? That's what's most likely going to occur as people just start calling to report anyone who happens to own a gun or that they just don't like.

We'll see.

Gun Free Paradise

Highland Park, IL is a gun banners paradise. Restrictive laws, registration, and a State Rep who hates the 1st & 2nd Amendment. So incidents like this shouldn't happen, right?

Shortly before 10 p.m. Friday, two armed suspects forced their way into a home on Winona Road in the northern suburb and fired shots. The suspects then tied up the victims and robbed them of jewelry and other valuables before fleeing, police said in a press release today.

So it was only luck that none of the victims were hurt. Plus the fact that they didn't have a chance to defend themselves nor were they able to call police. Good thing they were disarmed.

More Shilling From Chicago

Remember the Police Supt. that stated the lack of federal laws restricting guns was racist?

Well he's back to blaming everything else but criminals to politicize a tragedy, you know, that thing that only 'gun nuts' do.

McCarthy said two key ways for crooks to get guns in Chicago are loosely regulated gun shows and “straw buyers” whose lack of a criminal record allows them to purchase weapons for criminals at federally licensed gun stores.

The superintendent said Congress could close loopholes in gun laws without violating the public’s Second Amendment right to bear arms.

Illinois has already closed the 'gun show loophole' and straw purchases are illegal. Maybe it has something to do w/ Chicago having the 2nd highest concentration of gangs in the US. But that wouldn't fit the narrative for a MAIG members political appointee now would it?
