Officer Thomas F. Wilson Accused Of Stealing DVDs
(Naperville Sun) WHEATON, Ill. A Wheaton police officer who was named the 2006 Wheaton Police Department Officer of the Year will appear in court this month after he was arrested for allegedly stealing a set of DVDs from a Naperville Costco.
Officer Thomas M. Wilson, 35, was preparing for a possible promotion when he was placed on paid administrative leave after allegedly stealing a set of DVDs valued at less than $150 from the Costco store at 1320 S. Route 59 in Wheaton on Sept. 2.
