How does a voluntary association of gun owners wishing to protect their God-given right of self-defense and their Constitutionally-enumerated right to keep and bear arms even come close to this?

Hmmm... so they advocate shutting down the First Amendment rights of people they disagree with (Speech, Assembly Association).
And in addition to their guilt-by association they clearly say:
"If you’re not against the NRA, you’re for it"
And then threaten those that don't comply with their ideology.
