They want to try and delay implementation until AFTER the elections so they can maybe get it changed to a NY/NJ/MD style 'May Issue' bill and give the 'home rule' districts time to pass as many semi-auto bans as they can.
Screw that. The courts gave the legislature 6 months to pass a bill and they putzed around until the very last day. They could have had one passed months ago but they chose to continue the usual political crap.
