Delusions and Failures

We've talked about the NGAC before . This is a bunch of gun control retreads who have formed a 'gun victims advocacy group'. They claimed they outnumber the NRA by 50:1 while having a whopping 77 (currently 90) fans on FB. They're still trying to push a 'nationwide boycott' of Starbucks. Yeah. OK.

Anyway, look at the bottom of the presser to their 'about' blurb:

ABOUT NGAC: The National Gun Victims Action Council (NGAC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit network of 14 million gun victims, survivors, their families, supporters, the faith community, secular organizations working on gun violence reduction and ordinary people leveraging their economic (buying) power to change America's gun laws.

So w/o permission or any sort of evidence whatsoever, they claim to have 14 million members. This is a mental disorder, nothing but.

Sebastian TBFKASIH calls for 'Starbucks Appreciation Day'.

So basically they are claiming the entire state of Illinois plus a million extra people.

I bet they also own some beach front property in Nevada.

They keep re-releasing the same press release, and somehow suspect something different to happen.

They call behavior like that "Insanity".

The statements that they have 14 million people, and that they outnumber the NRA 50:1 are so outrageous that I frankly believe that that they aren't meant to be taken seriously.

Rather, I think they're a signaling device: if we're so unethical as to tell such a blatant lie, think what we can do to your stores. And to your employees. And to your employees' children.

What evil, evil swine.

I am 100% opposed to this organization, yet they count me as a member.

I believe they are simply counting up the membership of organizations that do victim's advocacy or are essentially pacifist by policy and claiming them as members since they are "all working toward the same goals".

I could see that sort of group make that sort of claim since emotions and intent are all that matter, not niggling little details like actual membership cards. =/
