They were just 'horsing around'.
No, 'horsing around' is dropping water balloons orspitting over the edge. They were deliberately causing destruction and someone got seriously hurt because of it. I don't feel any sympathy for them at all.

This incident is useless to them. But if two of these shitbags shot eachother over a rock of crack, that's grounds for them to waive their arms to ban guns, and "bullet clips"
Converse - My daughter received Student of the Year two years ago at her school. I, of course, took time off to go to the ceremony.
Every last kid who received an award? Their parents were in the audience. I recognized most of them because they all showed up for every event like I did.
Anecdotal,to be sure, but funny how the kids who did the best were the ones whose parents showed the most interest in their lives.
