With the long Fourth of July weekend not even half over, the toll from violence in Chicago stood at 8 dead and more than 30 wounded this morning, including two little boys, 5 and 7, seriously hurt while at parks with their families.How could this happen. There's no Concealed Carry. All guns in Chicago are licensed and registered. 'Assault Weapons' are banned. 'High Capacity Magazines' are banned. Murder is illegal.
