Obama: The Constitutional 'Scholar'

This is the President of the United States, a man who taught what was allegedly Constitutional Law:
The president, adopting what he described as the language of conservatives who fret about judicial activism, questioned how an "unelected group of people" could overturn a law approved by Congress.
"I'm confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress," Obama said.
How could they do it? The way that every child in grammar school is taught about. This thing called 'Checks and Balances' and the reason the Supreme Court IS 'unelected', so they don't have to cater to the whims of political reeds like Obama and his socialist ilk.

That he's either this ignorant of the basic facets of our nation or is intentionally attempting to subvert the Constitution shows that he's an absolute disgrace and has no right to hold the office he's in. Anyone who votes for him after reprehensible comments like these and his 'more flexibility' remarks will now prove that they are as ignorant as he is and care nothing about the foundations of this once great nation, that they are nothing but partisan/racial hacks.

November can't come soon enough, no matter what turd the GOP put up.

How about him signing the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012?

If they don't like you, they can put you in a prison without ever letting you have a trial, indefinitely!

I would not be surprised to hear him utter, "What's a Constitution?"

Today is Maryland's primary day. I am so disgusted by the crop of GOP candidates from House and Senate all the way up to el Presidente (and I don't mean Chili's Margaritas).

That said, I have never missed an election until today. I will NOT stay at home in November, but I honestly felt that not voting today was the better choice than actually casting a ballot. I'll make my vote count come November, and hopefully it'll give Obama an eviction notice!

I will vote for Mitt or whoever the republicans are running. We have to stick together and go vote in Nov or we will be losing our gun rights. Stick together
