So . . . looking at that check, are we to assume that this vast, powerful "National Gun Victims Action Council," representing "14 million gun victims," is run out of an apartment?

I guess he needs to work out of his apartment since Chicago has too much crime for him to commute to an actual office. Oh wait I doubt they can afford an office in Chicago. Well at least not in a neighborhood that one would want to walk in without a gun. LOL
