In another piece decrying Florida's law preventing Doctors from using their positions of authority and offices to promote gun control, a long time paid gun control advocate hides his true affiliations.
Matthew Miller, MD of the Harvard School of Public Health is a Joyce Foundation grant recipient to push gun control.
Financed gun control researchers and lawyers paid by gun control groups. And they wonder why the law was necessary.

"Conflict of Interest Disclosures: Both authors have completed and submitted the ICMJE Form for Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest and none were reported."
If Miller has a financial interest as a grant recipient in promoting the Joyce Foundation anti-gun agenda, he failed to disclose that on the diclosure form. That should be brought to the attention of JAMA. I don't think they like having their authors being dishonest on their disclosure forms.
Such dishonesty should also be brought to the attention of the board that issued Miller his license to practice medicine.
Chas is right. A message sent to JAMA will be taken very seriously. Failure to report all conflicts of interest is frowned on.

Seems that the Joyce funding should have been disclosed on the form.
