The Truth Hurts....

A poll was put up at the CF Oregon blog 'New Trajectory' to 'gauge his readership'. Well, the final results were 66:1 against new restrictions on firearm laws.

And ya know what? Unsurprisingly, the author then dismissed the poll as rigged and firearm rights advocates as dishonest and bullies because we linked to him. He's whining that there wouldn't have been such high numbers opposing him if people like Joe hadn't done that.

Well he's right. By the numbers he gave, it would only have been 20-30:1 on an average day.

In reality, he's just jealous that the 10 people that support him can't generate the kind of traffic we do.

You'll note they always claim that gun control is supported by the majority, and all their friends and family support their anti-rights cause...but they can't seem to generate any sort of hit count, and they often resort to sockpuppetry.

Dilutions maybe?

I wish I would have been the first to post that prediction on Joe's site.

Wait a minute. I was.

But it doesn't take Nostradamus to predict that.

We give the bigot exactly what he asks for, complete with a fairly decent analog between the relative numbers of NRA and Brady Bunch members, and when his numbers do not show him what he wanted, he goes and deletes them.

I am not meaning to piss in your Cheerios, VI, but I do not think anyone was surprised by this development ;).

As Captain Reynolds once said, "What a whiner."

Linoge: Your culinary creation is easier to swallow than the belief that this dope wouldn't ultimately act like a petulant loser.

Indeed.

Fair enough :).

In any case, since Baldr decided to take the coward's way out, I would like to invite everyone to this mirror of his poll. Same question, same answer, but the poll itself is going to be handled a little... differently.
