Look away now!

Ya just gotta wonder where Anthony Weiner got the idea that other people wanted to look at his trouser snake.

Still Relying on Ignorance

Now that the gun control groups have been laughed at for endorsing the AQ video's claims of 'fully-automatic assault rifles' being available at every gun show, they're switching their claims.

Just like Colin Goddard did yesterday, they're jumping on the 'conversion kit' bandwagon, trying to convince people that it's as easy as filing down a part or installing some new ones.
Conversion manuals are easily found online and a General Accountability Office investigation found that investigators were able to obtain all of the parts necessary to convert a semi-automatic AR-15 to a fully automatic M-16 at gun shows in five states.
All the sources are of course paid gun control advocacy groups, not the GAO direct. So we again return to the fact that they are either flat out lying and/or relying on outright ignorance of the public to make their claims.

And we'll keep asking, if these 'conversion kits' are so common, cheap, and easy, where are all the crimes committed w/ illegally converted firearms? Where are the arrests?

Oh, right, there are near zero because, like I said yesterday:
At best, they are do-hickeys designed to bump-fire the gun. At worst, they're more likely to be death traps to the operator of said 'converted' gun than to have it firing full auto.
Real conversion kits are regulated by the BATFE the same as machineguns and getting some parts means you have some parts, modifying the weapon takes precision machining that if done improperly will make it more dangerous to the operator than the target.

But gun control advocates don't want to hear that. They need the ignorance to pass their laws.

Can't Control the Weiner

Rep Weiner (D-NY9)tweeted pics of his schlong then lied about it when it went viral.

Well this Brady Campaign Endorsed Representative is pretty typical of those who endorse gun control, he can't control himself so he projects his own shortcomings onto others, thinking they are as unable to contain themselves as he is.

Talking Off Script

Sometimes gun control advocates make our lives easy. Just a few weeks ago, I got the Brady Campaign's current poster-child, Colin Goddard, to admit that he disagreed w/ the outright opposition of his organization to Concealed Carry while at the same time he was out stumping for them. Nice little bit of conflict there.

Today we again got him talking off-script after he promoted the Al Qaeda 'fully-automatic assault rifles at gun shows' video. I asked him if he endorsed that belief:
No, but assault rifles with full auto conversion kits + manuals can be bought w/o background checks.
Well never mind the 'assault rifles' gaff, I mentioned that real 'conversion kits' are regulated by the BATFE just like machineguns. He tried to move the goalposts:
I watched my buddy buy an AK-47 w/o a background check in Dayton, OH, same again in Richmond, VA
And I found conversion kits and manuals so commonly I honestly forgot where.
After reminding him it wasn't an 'AK-47, I asked him where these 'kits' were:
Glad the "real" ones are regulated! Tough to find an example of "fakes" b/c transactions go without paperwork
Well Linoge jumped in and asked him why there weren't tons of illegal machinegun convictions each year if they were so 'common'. He tried to move the goalposts again:
But right, we don't see "arrests-headlines galore" - could that mean registration systems works?
Well I couldn't let that one pass by:
@clgoddard @BrisketChuckle @linoge_wotc But you just said the kits are unregulated so there should be conversions galore. Where are they?
After flailing around a bit more when asked where all these kits were, his final response was this:
they're not advertized online but on tables at gun show
That's right. Super secret products sold ONLY at gun shows put on exclusively for Akmed the Dead Terrorist and his friends to come and blow up Americans for NRA profits.

I'll be honest. I've seen those 'conversion kits' and 'manuals'. At best, they are do-hickeys designed to bump-fire the gun. At worst, they're more likely to be death traps to the operator of said 'converted' gun than to have it firing full auto.

But Colin doesn't know the difference of any of it. Once he gets off the controlled scripts provided to him at press conferences, he's completely lost and he comes across as just a pretty face w/ a sad story, reliant exclusively on talking points and sound bites, all of which we've demolished before.

Relying on Ignorance

All the gun control groups are touting the recent AQ video telling terrorists to go buy machine guns at your local gun show.

Anyone who knows anything about firearms knows this is complete nonsense so, after we laughed at them a bit, they started modifying the message, not mentioning the 'fully auto assault rifle' bit and just pushing the 'gun show loophole' and terrorists in the same breath.

So the demographic they're going for is the ignorant and the fearful. They convince their membership that these things are true then try and get them to talk to other people who don't know anything about gun shows or firearms, scaring them in the process.

They count on their people to NOT look up the actual sources (case law, legislation, etc) and continue to rely on soundbites and misinformation put out by their groups and their groups alone. To dismiss anything that disagrees w/ their worldview by invoking the "NRA" boogeyman.

And they repeat the lies over and over and over. Relying on the tactics of cults to keep their members ignorant and fearful.

It's the only way they can spread their message.

The Public Relations of Gun Control

A company called 'Libertas' is a PR firm that has "counseled a multitude of organizations, such as Mayors Against Illegal Guns ..."

This is the kind of PR the gun ban lobby is reduced to:
Idiot gun fetishists prefer terrorists/crimnals/drug cartels armd. Bckground chex would hlp stop it-but why m I usin logic w/ u?

Try mirror pal. Or look @ ur avatar/bio? Jst like gun nut not 2know it. Guess ya gotta do sumthin 2makeup 4certain shortcomings (Ed. This is his comment to a paraplegic Army veteran)

Or perhaps its the 100s of millions uses to buy Congress? Nah...

Mmbers who in polls &vid intrviews dont agree w/own leadership (but polls lyin! Its conspiracy! It's the Masons!)..

& this vid's conspiracy 2!! It mst be! Its members not $$!! Its all illegal immigrants fault!

As I said-Big Conspiracy!! Cant refute w/polls or vids. So mst b lies! Been fun. But wont waste more time w/conspiracy mongrs
So even their professional PR people have nothing to resort to but a plethora of push polls/videos by gun control groups, logical fallacies and penis jokes.

And they wonder why we're winning.

Long Live the Revolution

More Photoshop fun.

The PLA-ALB are issuing out new inspirational posters

A Graphic Designer friend of mine put this together for me. It's based off of the photos I took a few weeks ago combined w/ slogans/concept from original Glorious Revolution era propaganda posters.

"Be 100 times vigilant"
"Long live the PLA"
"Carry out the Revolution to the end"

1st Amend Issue or Abuse of Authority?

As I said earlier, the AAP et al shot themselves in the foot when they got involved in politics, pushing gun bans under the guise of 'health issues'.

The gun control groups then started squealing about the NRA violating these poor doctors' 1st Amendment rights so guns could be sold to little kids.

Well look who's coming to the AAP's rescue, the Brady Campaign's pet lawyers.

Gun banners supporting gun banners. No surprise there.

What's really funny is that they concern themselves w/ Freedom of Speech only when it relates to banning guns. Otherwise 'reasoned discourse' is the name of the game.

Killing 2 birds while stoned in a Bush's Fault...or something.

We’ve tried to show them that we aren’t what they make us out to be.

How about we try becoming what they make us out to be and rub their noses in it while spanking their ass with a rolled up newspaper?

They call us insurrectionists, extremists and even domestic terrorists.

Well, okie-dokie then, let’s embrace that…just for fun.

I propose we start proclaiming our desire to engage in violent resistance against “known or suspected tyrants” which we have named on our very own special super-secret…list.

I call it the Tyrant Watch List.

History shows us time and time again that Tyrants always try to disarm their opponents before committing their most evil deeds. We must prevent this BEFORE it happens. Anyone who pushes for gun-control is a potential Tyrant in my eyes. I do not see any distinction whatsoever between KNOWN or SUSPECTED tyrants; they are one and the same to me.

Join us and our “Trailer Alliance to Prevent Slaughter.”

I call it………Double-Wide T.A.P.S.

Help spread the word…uh…and send us cash.

We’ll be holding a news conference in an empty room soon to tell you more.
