Voting against his disastrous 'Jobs Plan' is the equivalent to the states breaking away in the US Civil War. So therefor the US Constitution should be bypassed:
“I hope the president continues to exercise extraordinary constitutional means, based on the history of Congresses that have been in rebellion in the past,”Well we can pretty much assume that that only applies when "O" is president. Howabout we throw out Due Process and Habeas Corpus for awhile as well. That's always worked out great.
