SAN ANTONIO, Texas – An attorney for the man charged in the deadly shootings at Fort Hood says the Army has prohibited his client from praying in Arabic with his family.
Attorney John P. Galligan said police stopped a phone conversation between Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan and his brother on Friday because it was not in English. Galligan told the San Antonio Express-News that police at Brooke Army Medical Center refused to let Hasan pray in Arabic.
Galligan says he thinks that's illegal and violation of Hasan's religious rights.
Think anyone has any sympathy for him?

As unpopular as it may be I fully support a person's right to religious belief and the ability to practice their belief.
With that said what the **** does the mentioned incident have to do with the trail? If Hasan had a grievance with that policy he should have attempted legal action at that time. But no instead he decided to murder multiple fellow soldiers whom were completely defenseless.
Nothing excuses that.
Man you guys are sure unforgiving. We really should be more accommodating with this fellow. If he wants to talk to Allah, I say we give him an express ticket and let him do it face to face. He can' use whatever language he feels most appropriate.

If he's using my phone he damn well be praying in English! How am I suppose to know he is praying or planning? Other than that I go along with this guy:
