CA Supreme Court strikes down Gay Marriage Ban

Good. Gays should be allowed to be just as miserable as the rest of us. :)

Now here's an interesting juxtaposition. The 'progressive' Brady Campaign et al have stated that it is wrong of firearm rights supporters to go to the courts when anti-gun measures are approved by the public.

Does that mean that they oppose this ruling by the CA SC because the measure was approved by the public?
