As the ICHV gets caught telling another fib.
From their website:
ICHV Comment: It is problematic to have some gun sales that are subject to background checks and some that are not subject to background checks. This issue is most prevalent in relation to gun shows, where there is a mixture of both licensed and non-licensed gun sellers. The non-licensed sellers are not required to perform criminal background checks on gun purchasers, and are therefore much more attractive to criminals and ex-felons seeking an easy way to buy firearms and accessories while skirting a background check.
This, however, has not been true since 2005. Not like the facts matter to them though.
Tip to Armed and Safe.

You didn't happen to get a screen capture of that, did you?
They apparently read either this or Illinois Carry, and updated their website (with no acknowledgment of having blatantly lied for two and a half years, of course).
Actually, scratch that--I must be getting senile, becaude the lie is still there, after all. Sorry for my confusion.
