Screw that.
Online court records showed a temporary restraining order was issued against Haughton in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Oct. 8 because of a domestic abuse complaint. If there is a chance of violence against you, domestic or otherwise, prepare to defend yourself in every way possible. Then at least you have the opportunity to avoid becoming a statistic.
Haughton appeared in court Thursday, when a no-contact order was issued and he was told to turn all his weapons over to the sheriff's department.

Yep.
"a no-contact order was issued and he was told to turn all his weapons over to the sheriff's department."
So, did the sheriff's office follow through? If they didn't, could they be libel for the deaths caused because they didn't do their job? If they did collect his weapons, then he broke the law to acquire more. A typical criminal act.
