John R. over at 'No Lawyers' notes the Brady's have put out a press release for their latest 'State Ranking', complete w/ a failure to note their new president.
But outside of the funny from that, they tout that California is 'blazing a trail' by going from 80 to 81 points, but, as noted in comments, that's the ONLY state that had an increase. 14 other states dropped a combined 33 points between 2010 and 2011.
That's an average of 16.04, a drop 0f 4% from 16.7.
What that's called is losing and losing badly.

More importantly in regards to their failure -- the violent crime rates are continuing to drop.
So much for their feeble attempts to show they need more gun control to stop violent crime
Damn, TX scored a 4. Getting closer to a perfect score. I think TX scored a 6 last year.
It's really funny, since they change the criteria every year, and incorporate the most inane and stupid proposals they push.
Funny as Hell.
Personally, I think the "gun control" extremists should go on doing exactly what they have been doing.
Seems to be working out well for them.
