Back in the late 80s when I was patrolling the Ryan and Kennedy Expressways we loved the cold cold weather... the crims from the projects kept inside... but when the weather warmed up, they brought it out onto the streets and man-o-man were we busy!!! Sooooo, this cold snap should keep any serious "protests" well in check...

Minneapolis is having the first snow storm of the year today. Any protest here will get ZERO coverage, because
OMG!
It is Snowing!
(And there will be 2-6 people that actually show up to protest in the cold.)
What does Chicago have to do with Mr. Brown and Mr. Wilson?
Baffling.
Because once the rioting starts in Ferguson, it will spread.
New York, L.A., Chicago, Atlanta, you name it, it'll be in flames.
Somehow I suspect that violent protests will be greatly toned down due to sub-freezing temps.
