1st Amendment, 2nd Amendment, Chicago Hates Them All.

Sen. Durbin, the IL senior senator that is pushing for a bill that would make the gov't the arbiter of just who is an ' authorized journalist' and hence protected via the 1st Amendment can certainly be trusted to be non-partisan in such decisions.

QUINCY - U.S. Senator Dick Durbin is not happy with a radio ad ... that focuses on the wage gap between men and women working on his Senate staff. So unhappy in fact, that he is threatening legal action against a Quincy, Illinois radio station airing the spot.
