90% of the homicides in Chicago are committed by people just like our schoolboy above. This is the kind of person that gun control advocates like Ladd Everitt and Joan Peterson say we should trust not to hurt us while being victimized. Do you think it's a good idea to put your or your loved ones lives in his hands? What 'solution' does Ladd Everitt have should this choirboy decides he wants your jacket since his concern for human life is obviously a primary concern?

Gee should the Cook County Commissioner Preckwinkle that wants a bullet tax, pass a law or two. Forbidding people with criminal convictions, gang affiliations, from possessing firearms and firing them at people on city streets. (aka the south side of chicago wild west gun range...) attempted murder and all that kind of evil stuff?
Oh Wait those are already on the law books in Chicago.
