Little Cooperation? Cooperation in the Hood will make you dead. North St. Louis; a man comes home from work to find two people carrying things out of his house. One of them lives across the street in a drug house. The cops are called, one is arrested, the other escapes. The burgled resident gets a phone call informing him he is a dead man if he stays in his house. That is how it works in the Hood.
