On the other hand his conviction for those murders were based on 'Drew's Law', passed by the IL legislature, allowing 3rd party hearsay and innuendo.
I really, really don't like that precedent no matter how limited they claim it is because we've all seen what happens to 'limited' laws. They tend to get more and more expanded as it becomes convenient. Eventually no actual facts would be required and spectral evidence will once again be acceptable.
