Yeah, but you can bet that the Bradys will be doing the Danse Macabre in the victims' blood real soon.
Wonder if the ex-wife had a restraining order. You know, that piece of paper she could roll up and shake in his face to chase him off... Sad.
Technically, the OC ban doesn't take effect until Jan 1, 2012.
Not that the shooter is likely to pass the NICS check to own that gun, anyway.

But now HR822 is on the table, which would allow him to carry a concealed handgun/"assault weapon"/machine gun/rocket launcher/Howitzer anywhere on the planet, no background check, no picture ID, cash-and-carry only. If we could stop that at some future date, this tragedy won't have happened.
