Dishonest to the Core

The VPC and PEG-heads are squeaking about a new WSJ piece claimingLink "American-Sourced Weapons Account for 70% of Seized Firearms in Mexico"

Well why don't they mention these parts of the article in relation to its misleading, inaccurate headline:
The findings come as the ATF defends itself against congressional critics for its Fast and Furious gun-tracking operation, which lawmakers say inadvertently eased trafficking of weapons to cartel gangs.
and:
The ATF said it traced the guns based on information provided by Mexican authorities. The Mexican government doesn't submit every firearm it recovers for tracing.
They don't mention it because they need to deliberately confuse the public (just like they do w/ 'Assault Weapons') and let them believe that information from the historically corrupt Mexican authorities and a US Gov't agency under investigation for gun trafficking and impeding congressional investigations is enough to put MORE restrictions on guns.

They are dishonest to the core. Just another foundation of the cult of gun control.

Not to mention the fact that "American-Sourced Weapons" would also include government-to-government transfers, that were diverted (through corruption, theft, and attacks on armories).

Or how about the shortcomings in the information we're getting, that even Colby Goodman acknowledges, including quintuple counting of guns?
