Chicago Crime Statistics .
On the day that gun control advocates are holding a press conference in Chicago to plea for Chicago style laws across the state and oppose CCW, Maybe they should note that homicides are up 18% so far this year giving more murders over the jan/feb period (52) than in the last 6 years.
If it doesn't work, do it again, only harder. .

And while they are claiming that allowing people to carry firearms will cause blood in the streets; 60 year old men are being beaten and sodomized with a tree limb.

At least we can hope that if they're wasting their precious resources on a lobbyist then they believe there is a serious chance that CC will pass here. Let us hope.
I have a dream.....
That someday the Chicago press may cease using the catchall phrase "the innocent school children" and start properly using the phrase "the defendants", or "the suspect's in police custody". But one can only hope.
After all its predominately an insult to the Real Innocent School Children out there.
