Also "armor-piercing bullets"? He mentions Benchrest shooters. Isn't he aware that the .30-06 military cartridge (tho they likely don't know that bit) a favorite of long-range target shooting and hunting just about anything that walks on North America, will go through a Type II Ballistics vest like it isn't even there?
