Your linked stories don't bear your hyperbole out. The current article says he is on a "selectee" list, not the TSA watch list or no-fly list that would trigger him being stripped of guns as an adult. Of course he can't buy a gun right now due to his age.
I don't think so. He's on a list. As far as the gov't is concerned, that's 'appropriately suspected' as per the various introduced legislations and then the burden of proof is on the individual to find out which list they're on (usually classified) and how to get off of it (if possible).
Don't you feel safer?
