Dick Durbin threw a sizable roadblock in Roland Burris' path to the U.S. Senate on Friday, saying firmly the former Illinois attorney general cannot be seated without a missing signature certifying his appointment.Whether he's legally correct or not isn't the point. It's that he's opposing the Lightbringer.
