You'ld think with all the "strong gun laws" that the Brady Campaign recommends in place, headlines like these would be rare:
Man fatally shot on S. Side porch
A 19-year-old woman was shot dead
Parents charged in 5-year-old's self-inflicted shooting
Woman killed, 2 men hurt in separate drive-by attacks
But they're 5 times more common in Chicago than in the rest of the state where legal ownership is more common. Obviously it's the fault of everyone else.

Seems like gun-free Chicago has been in the news alot lately. As the nights get warmer, this is just going to get worse.
Sad really. The most scared I've been walking around late at night recently is when I came across a skunk with a full-on assault butt armed and ready.
It's kinda funny but skunks exude a great deal of confidence. They know they don't have to fight, but will certainly show you that they're more than capable if need be.
Maybe that's what Chicago needs. Roaming bands of skunks that are trained to dislike gang-bangers.
