Sure it does Senator. You prove it with every bill you propose. The last paragraph says it all:

Sen. Lautenberg is a long-time advocate for gun bans and confiscation responsible gun safety measures. He has recently introduced legislation that would deny the sale of firearms to suspected terrorists and close a loophole that allows guns to be sold at gun shows without a background check.

No 4th Amendments for you while he supports lawsuits against those conducting those background checks.
