Careful, now - something tells me the liquor store in the immediate vicinity of the Brady Bunch staff are having a hard enough time keeping things in stock as it is. You go rubbing this in their faces, those stores might face a real problem.
"Do local governments have to obey the constitution" isn't the same question as "Can local governments ban guns". Unfortunately.
