If ya'll have never eaten snake meat, it's quite good.And because of it near uniform thickness, it's a natural fillet once gutted and deboned. Just lay it out flat and it's done in just a few minutes.Taste is inbetween chicken and duck, with a tad bit of fish oil thrown in. Best when drizzled with honey and rolled in cornmeal.Damn, now I'm hungry.
