FYI, a 'Section 1983' is a Civil Action for a Deprivation of Rights. With Heller and McDonald recognizing the 2A as an individual right incorporated to the states, this is the direction that lawsuits are going to take when gun control advocates try and play their little 'gotcha' games w/ the laws.

Opposing President = 'Open Rebellion'

IL-2 Rep Jesse Jackson Jr. thinks that the CSGV should add the majority of Congress to their 'Insurrectionist Timeline' for opposing the Lightbringer's agenda:

“On several occasions now, we’ve seen … the Congress is in rebellion, determined, as Abraham Lincoln said, to wreck or ruin at all costs."

That's right. Voting against his disastrous 'Jobs Plan' is the equivalent to the states breaking away in the US Civil War. So therefor the US Constitution should be bypassed:

“I hope the president continues to exercise extraordinary constitutional means, based on the history of Congresses that have been in rebellion in the past,”

Well we can pretty much assume that that only applies when "O" is president. Howabout we throw out Due Process and Habeas Corpus for awhile as well. That's always worked out great.

They 'Stand w/ the 99%' While Their Parents Pay the Bills

Some rich 20-somethings decide to be all touchy-feely and politically correct. They make up signs saying they 'stand w/ the 99%'. All the while collecting trust fund money and/or working for mega-corporations.

They all seem to feel 'guilty' about having money and want to be 'forced' to pay more but none of them seem to be giving up their trust funds or allowances to live like the 'little people' they admire. All the while their parents ,most of whom busted their butts working, keep paying the bills and making sure they 'never want for anything'.

Here's my message to them. When you decide to give up that money, the cushy lifestyle, the cars, et al. VOLUNTARILY, then I'll believe you 'stand w/ the 99%'.

We all know the likelyhood of that happening, don't we?

The Tea Party is nothing but a Small bunch of Loud Mouth, Well Funded individuals that are fueling Racism and desire to take us back to 1950. but they are clever... BEWARE

The NRA, Cocealed carryfolks and Rights of the unborn, have chosen to send out info as to"Is Father Michael Pfleger fit for Ministry" because of my comments in Church and FB. Just so you know I STAND BY ALL I HAVE SAID and will continue to FIGHT AGAINST EASY ACCESS TO GUNS and the NRA attempt to make guns part of AMERICAs Wardrobe! Finally I am against ABORTION But want the RIGHT to LIFE Movements to care as much about our children after their BORN

Bob S. relates a story of a young girl being attacked in the UK and their 'Emergency Services', notified of the crime in progress, don't bother to respond because it just wasn't critical enough.

Bob makes this comment:

If you hadn’t realized that you are your own first responder, I really hope this helps you understand that.

Remember though, that this is the 'modern' United Kingdom where if you act as a 'first responder' or in any way defend yourself, YOU will be the one prosecuted and the Gov't will pay the 'victim' (iow the Goblin who attacked you) to sue you for damages.

And this is the same route 'Gun Control Advocates' want to take us down.

It's really funny watching people try and deflect from the blatant incompetence (at best) of Fast&Furious. Just like when gun owners try to throw others under the bus w/ the stock expression "I'm a gun owner but..." and then go on to support firearm restrictions, you'll see, rarely w/o an exception, apologists for the current administration add a disclaimer to their columns before attacking Republicans for DARING to go after Holder et al for allowing thousands of firearms to be smuggled into Mexico.

Just like these:

Read the columns. They bring out every excuse and character attack in the book why this Administration shouldn't be held accountable. "Conspiracy Theory", 'Bush Did It", Holder's a Busy Man', etc.

We should make a checklist.
