About what I figured


Pastor Jeremy Lucas will face no charges.

Looks like all one has to do in Oregon to xfer a weapon and not fear charges is just keep your mouth shut and refuse to answer any questions about it if asked.

    Actually that sounds like a great strategy for any LEO interactions about firearms.

    Use your 5th Amendment and make them squirm.
