A three-judge panel for the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday ordered the Justice Department to explain by Thursday whether the administration believes judges have the power to strike down a federal law.Outside of his hand-picked puppets like Kagan and Sotomayor, I'ld wager he just lost the support of a large number of 'unelected' federal judges across the nation.
While out the other side of his mouth, he uses 'unelected' bureaucrats in ICE and BATFE et al to circumvent congress w/ fiats allowing illegal immigrants and more gun control.
So people are still supporting him why?
Because they're more concerned with the NCAA tourney or the superbowl than they are about our country. And, they're busy sucking up those "Obamabucks".
