SIH (who should keep the name) has several posts up on the popularity of coupons for taking shooting lessons.

I've been trying to find equivalent coupons from anti-gun ranges offering people discounts on not learning how to shoot but so far no luck.

    They're called "buyback programs", and they're so popular, they don't happen unless the government comes up with the idea first.
